CAISE Photovoice v2.1
Your entries are sent directly to Sarah's secure folder.
A backup is kept on this device as long as you don't clear your browser data.
Here's where to capture your evidence for our research on how you use AI.
This is a photovoice diary. Photovoice is a way of taking part in research using photos, pictures, documents, voice notes and your own words — instead of just answering survey questions or interviews.
You capture things that matter to you, add a caption that says what they mean and send them over to the research team. At the start of the next term, you'll sit with the research team and check your evidence — and then we'll collect all the good pieces together to do an analysis as a group.
Remember: you're meant to use this on your school device, which means everything you send is filtered through the school's safeguarding filters. This protects you, and it protects the research team. Everything you send must be in line with the school's acceptable use policy.

A few bits from researcher Sarah's own diary, answering "How does generative AI appear in my life?" Notice how each one is a photo or screenshot plus a caption saying what it means to her. Yours will be about your life — there's no right answer.
